1. Purpose of the Platform
The EuroStay web platform was crafted to offer booking, filtering, and reservation of prestigious properties across key metropolitan cities in Europe.
2. Booking Policy & Process
L'acompte de 35% est nécessaire pour bloquer vos dates. L'annulation est gratuite jusqu'à 14 jours avant l'arrivée. Le justificatif bancaire doit être transmis sous 48 heures.
Upon finalizing a reservation inquiry at EuroStay, the selected calendar dates are tentatively secured. Your official ID and bank receipt for the 30% deposit payment must be uploaded inside your profile account within 48 hours.
3. Cancellation Policies
To guarantee mutual trust and seamless travel management, full cancellations are completely free of charge up to 14 days prior to your check-in arrival date.
Beyond this period, and unless a private exception is validated by our concierge, the 30% deposit payment stays collected to compensate the property owners.
4. House Rules & Guest Obligations
Guests strictly agree to respect the rented estate. Night gatherings and parties are forbidden to protect the absolute tranquility across elite neighborhood zones of our residences. Pets are only allowed on validated query approvals from our official concierge.
